Cash in on Natural Light
Lighting is what makes a picture a great picture. Without sufficient light, it can make a room dark and unwelcoming. Make sure to take your photos during the day depending on the position of your home you might take pictures in the morning of in the afternoon. Open blinds and turn on lights to add a little more light this supplements the picture. More light makes the rooms or space seem bigger.
Take Picture from different angles
In small spaces take multiple pictures of the same room in different angles and heights. Taking shots from the corner add dimension to the pictures and create a larger space rather than a flat shot that makes a room seem smaller.
Declutter the mess
Clean up and throw away the trash before taking pictures. The clean look will make the prospective tenant feel right at home while a mess will make them run. Clutter distracts the viewer from important features that adds value to the property. Remove items from table, make the beds, hide wiring, put away personal items etc.
Remove yourself from pictures
When taking a picture in areas where there are mirrors play with the angles and make sure you’re not in the shot or anyone else. This also includes pets. Another advice to consider is the use of flash where mirrors are present try to use Natural light.
Do not overdue the editing
